The Australian Homelessness Clearinghouse is managed by the Department of Social Services (DSS). The Australian Homelessness Clearinghouse is hosted on govspace (govspace.gov.au) which is managed by the Department of Finance.

Your use of the Australian Homelessness Clearinghouse is deemed to be your acceptance of these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

The development and management of the Australian Homelessness Clearinghouse is coordinated by DSS. However some interactions with the Australian Homelessness Clearinghouse occur on systems under the control of the Department of Finance.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. By using this website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.

These Terms of Use do not negate any Terms or Conditions that apply to your use of any other government website.
